We sell a wide range of laser and inkjet printers, along with different types of electronics and various other items. We specialize in printers. We take the time to thoroughly test and inspect every printer and item we sell to the best of our ability. If there are problems, defects, or abnormalities with an item, we always provide plenty of details in the item description of each listing so you know exactly what to expect. We have years of experience shipping big and bulky items and know that if they are not packaged appropriately they will be easily damaged. We take the time and effort to pack every item with the right packaging materials so that you can get your item in good condition. We use stretch wrap to secure moving parts, heavy duty foam, bubble wrap, and strong boxes in addition to other materials as needed to make sure the big and bulky items (like printers) will be completely protected during transit.     The printer arrived in perfect condition and the way they packed it was absolutely perfect! After ordering a similar printer from two other vendors that was a total disaster it was a welcome relief to deal with a totally competent vendor! We are missing just one part for tge duplexer.
