    Item NOT delivered as promised. The advertisement was for motherboard with CPU and I/O shield. CPU and I/O shield were NOT delivered. Ethernet port and PCIe slots on the motherboard were nonfunctional. I contacted the seller to make it right and the seller was on vacation. Upon return, the response was 'Sorry no idea'. Unfortunately, by that time the return window had passed. Very poor experience.

    The seller contacted me, apologized for the inconvenience caused and gave a full refund. Kudos on doing the right thing! I would buy from this seller again. Ebay doesn't allow changing the rating, or I would have changed it to positive. Seller did great by owning the mistake and giving a full refund.

    Item was lost at first, but seller was happy to to send another and when it arrived as defective they were polite and refunded me quickly and without hassle. Lost some time but seller made it virtually painless. Ship time after reporting it lost was very fast! No external damage either so it appeared to be a good battery at first glance. TL;DR product was defective but seller made it a painless operation.
