  I had requested in terms of the sale for the seller to drop the shipping to $6.00 they agreed. Then said they were not able to do so on the listing so they suggested they would do a refund of the $6.00. So I paid for the shirt then the seller said they were not able to do the full refund because shipping was $8.64 so they offered $4.31 they stated because I was losing money on this sale. Just a FYI when you agree on terms it becomes a contract just a FYI. So I requested a full refund

  I sure am sorry you feel that way, however, this is not true. I gave you the option to cancel or let me check the actual shipping and then refund the difference. We did not agree to $6.00 shipping go back and read the message. I hope you were able to find what you needed somewhere else, but this is not a discount bargain bin and all sellers on Ebay are selling to make a profit. Best wishes to you sir.
