    Non- selling seller. Had 3 units available, so I bought 1. After paying, seller claimed seller had damaged the product and could not fulfill the order. They changed available qty to 0. I immediately asked seller to ship one of the other 2 they had available. They said they could not and cancelled the transaction. THEN THEY ASKED IF I WANTED TO BUY THE ITEM AGAIN FROM THEM, meaning they had the product available... (Just not at the prior price, I'm sure.). Beware.

    Initially I had a shipping issue that was not sellers fault. I asked seller what size the package was because it was marked delivered and I could not find it anywhere. Seller fixed the issue and wire showed up the next week. My guess bis Postal Service was at fault but seller took it upon themselves to make it right.. Thanks so much.

    Bought four on one order. The resistance was very high on these test leads, and varied when they rotated on their internal swivel so were defective. Seller said at first there were no returns but eBay guarantee made seller reconsider. At first seller did not send a return label but eventually sent 4 labels and said they had to be shipped back in 4 separate boxes (which we did not have). I eventually ended the hassle by just throwing them away and am out close to $60. Avoid this seller !
