  Hi, this guy doesn't communicate period, the extent of cracks are way deeper that shown on the pictures, it was a 50/50, although not finished I was able to fix the guitar pretty good. Negative, after buy, no communication whatsoever, he may not have been aware of the real problem, although the absence of strings could have been a clue Positive, very well packed and respected the dead line for delivery At the end it's still a great guitar, but considering the risks, not sure I'll do it again

  The status of the item was not described clearly. The lowest 5 black keys cannot function. Also pedal is not inclued. Though the shipment was fast, I waited for a whole week after I paid and before the item was shipped. In this week I tried to contact with the seller but there was no reply. In conclusion this was not a happy experience.

  Item arrived several days earlier than expected. It was packed exceptionally well, in addition to a guitar cover. It is in mint condition. I highly... highly recommend this seller! Great experience. No complaints. I was, initially, a little worried because it was coming from outside of the country, but I had no issues with that at all. I would buy from this seller again.

  I receive the item, but the listing failed to describe the condition properly. Even though it is used, the listing stated that the piano was in full working condition. Several of the keys are stuck, and others don't come up at all. Also the seller took 2 weeks to ship the item. I had to send a message for status on shipping and get the process going. The seller did reply to my shipping message, but not the the message stating that the item is not working. I would not recommend this seller.
