I accidentally torn a letter when I opened the envelope and even though it was my fault and I was willing to pay for a new one, they shipped me a new one and no additional cost.     Product was perfect. Everything fit like it came from the factory. Seller is super helpful too unfortunately I messed up one of the letters. I contacted them and he replied back within hours and they are sending me the letter that I messed up. Free of charge would definitely buy from again.

Item sat in one postal location for several days with no movement on tracking. This was not on seller but on our inept USPS system.
