  I've had many dealings with Rogaloff in the past and they were all positive. This time was different as my package went missing, marked as "out for delivery" for twelve days. Be aware that Rogaloff use Sendle, who use Couriers Please which has one of the worst reputations in the business. If you pay peanuts you'll get monkeys. Cheaper is not always better. Also the fact that I had to contact Rogaloff a second time two days after initially contacting them for an answer is extremely poor service.
