  The seller lost the cables, but provided a partial refund and ordered a new cable free of charge. (they also gave the option of a full refund) The packaging was very good! The item arrived in perfect condition thanks to an oversized box with many laters of protective materials. Overall, while I'm a bit sad about the missing original cables, the seller did everything they could to make it right! Awesome experience!
