    When the clock arrived it was super well packaged and I Was thrilled to see the bird sounds working correctly, however the clock itself unfortunately doesn’t tick even with the batteries in it. I contacted the seller and they very promptly offered me a refund!! Super surprised and happy with the prompt and immediate response, the clock is otherwise as described and the shipping cost was fair! Super happy with the purchase.

    Shipping and packaging no complaints, value not bad , received the fob and was in not working condition. I have to say Refund was no issue at all. To bad it did not work. Dealing with Ebay was no issue at all so they themselves they get a 5 Star rating. Thanks Ebay.
