  The toner i order is empty everything spelled inside she said she bubble wrap it and sealed it but everything is spelled inside the package and I ask the seller for refund or replace she never repy me anymore i order my skin care all the time here in ebay but its sucks because some seller like this seller don't want to cooperate to fix the problem I even send her the picture that everything is spelled and she didn't even reply me I never order from you anymore if you don't fix this problem .

  Never received this item. The package was delivered empty. I think the fault was from the courier service that handled the delivery. There was a label attached to the empty package saying sorry they mishandled the item. I contacted the seller with pictures but she insisted package was not empty and I think seller was right.

  How to contact the seller with this item? I want to return it back for the item packaging is not right, contents we’re all spilled and n the package upon receiving due to very poor packaging. I want the seller know that I should be expecting good quality ordered items because I’m paying them the amount that they are charging me. So I also expect worth quality of items delivered to me.
