    EXCELLENT Customer Service. I received my order with missing parts and notified them. I had a immediate response to correct the problem and they'll send the missing parts with tracking numbers. RC 40 inch LED arrived in excellent condition and very well packaged. The appearance of the light bar was of good quality and value. Mounted on top of my GX460 the brightness level was outstanding!

    Thanks so much to the customer service department at RC S&D. Fedex made this experience horrible. Unbelievably incompetent delivery service. People at Rough Country made everything right with no questions asked. Whomever at RC customer service that handled this issue gets a 10 out of 5 stars from me..thank you thank you.. Only wish they used a better shipper than fedex.

    Seller sent me the wrong item. Sent me out a 3 inch lift not a 3.5. We went back and fourth for days on messages so I reached out to their R&D department and they also confirmed the seller sent me the wrong item. Stay away from this seller, they will not own up to their mistakes. Ebay had to step in to take care of this and also recommended I leave a Negative feedback. Believe the negative feedbacks you see of this seller! Beware! DO NOT BUY RC products period their bad reputation is true!

    Thank you for the feedback. Everyone that knows our reputation for customer service is the best there is. If their is an issue with a product we will correct it. This buyer did not want to cooperate. We got the stamped numbers from his purchase which were correct to match his purchase for 3.5" Struts. Tried getting more info on the issue but did not want to cooperate. He has also got several free struts and recently bought 3" struts prior to getting these. Please read the 2 or 3 negative marks.
