    The knives delivered were not the ones advertised. The seller acted as he didn't know he sent the wrong knives and offered to give me $ 5.00 back if I accept the wrong knives. I refused since I wanted the ones I ordered, Little Cook. It seems that he advertised them on eBay for double the price he bought them from Amazon. I was able to find the wrong knives on Amazon for half the price. When caught on his lies he tried to argue that many people are doing the same thing. Overall, awful experience

    Already contacted the Seller about how what was pictured on Ebay was not what we received. Frankly, it is not worth my time (cost of items $10) to proceed. The Seller offered a $1 refund or replacement if I could photograph & send what I actually received. Throughout my working career I learned never to extend your problem to the customer. DO NOT make the customer WORK to make the transaction RIGHT...especially as the cost of this transaction was so minimal. Seller should make correction ASAP!

    Seller sent something else but certainly not the item I ordered by the description they gave. And welcome back then sour continually wanted to argue that he sent what he had posted when I had the item in my hand and could see he did not .....he just wanted to argue about it. Avoid this seller because they don't know what they're doing and I have reported him to eBay for listing something that does not fit the description he's given

The "2-Outlet" refers to the number of devices that can be plugged into the extension cord, not the number of physical outlets on the plug itself. We offered a full refund with a free return label, but the buyer requested a refund without returning the item. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and excellent service to all our customers.
