    My item arrived with a huge dent although the packaging showed no signs of carrier issues. I contacted the seller requesting a replacement panel which wasn't available. I asked for a complete replacement to exchange but that was denied. I had to purchase another unit, then return the damaged unit. Customer service wasn't very helpful making me question doing business with them.

    Good product for the money, but VERY disappointed with the courier!!! My package was not brought anywhere close to my door, but close to trash bin!!! Luckily I was at home when I for the delivery message and I sent searching for my package (also luckily wasn’t a small box), so I managed to retrieve it… never happened before…
