    My item arrived with a huge dent although the packaging showed no signs of carrier issues. I contacted the seller requesting a replacement panel which wasn't available. I asked for a complete replacement to exchange but that was denied. I had to purchase another unit, then return the damaged unit. Customer service wasn't very helpful making me question doing business with them.
