  Great seller, unfortunately the item was different than the listing said but once I received it and reached out letting him know he was quick to get the refund process going and apologized for the mix up! Have already received refund! The label on the box he received it in was different than the item inside so just an honest mix up on his part. Very quick to respond and polite and professional so still wanted to give a good review! You can trust this seller an if not happy with item, reach out!!

  Excellent packaging, exactly as described, and prompt delivery. There was an issue with the USPS tracking number being created for many days, but USPS never updated it as being received, which made me Contact this Seller as it seemed it was never sent. Seller then promptly responded stating the same, and said if it ever does arrive just keep it "no need to return it". Then surprise, it arrived in perfect condition and well packaged! So I am impressed with this Seller and highly recommend!

  Ordered this Invacare MA900 pump on Nov 29, 2024 received on Dec 2. This was ordered for my paraplegic son who has been enduring an Invacare 800 series broken down mattress. I had bought the MA900 mattress 2 years ago, but it didn't come witha pump. I have searched for a reasonable price pump & I found this one on Thanksgiving night. The seller offered it for $150 less than listed price, I countered offer for another $50 off and he accepted. This seller made it a pleasant purchase. Recommend him

  The item arrived damaged and with someone else's blood on it. It was described as new in an open boxed. There was a dent in the outside coil and blood on the sides of the unit. I should've returned it, but it wouldfe been too much work. I'm an old man who's had multiple back surgeries. The seller accused me of doing the damage to the unit myself. I did ac work for 15 yeats. I know how to handle a window unit. The seller was rude and unhelpful and accused me of trying to rip them off.

  This item had no damage at all and definitely did not have blood on it. It is pretty clear the buyer tried to take it out of the box and cut his hand on it and then touched the unit. The buyer then tried to extort me for a partial refund saying he would "give me bad feedback if I don't make it right" which is against eBay TOS and saying I shipped it that way which would make absolutely no sense for me to do. I asked them to return it for a full refund and they did not want too. Makes no sense...

  I got a Makita battery mitre saw from this seller. I feel like the seller wasn't totally honest with me. He said that it was an open box and the blade was missing. This was true, however, there were other minor issues that hadn't been mentioned. I will end up needing to purchase some parts in order to be able to use the saw. Again, this is fairly minor and I got the saw for a very good deal, so I am satisfied. Just beware that this sellers description doesn't always include everything it should.
