  The sandals had imperfections didn't seem brand new to me, seconds. It might be the cheap way that you shipped the 2 pairs of sandals stacked on top of each other with no padding. I guess 2 pairs of sandals being shipped doesn't deserve a Box with some sort of padding. Shipment like these usually gets thrown around instead of carried with care therefore probably being dropped on ground many times before delivered to me. So instead of getting a refund I'm stuck with the sandals from China!
