  Dishonest seller. Claimed the item was out of stock after marking it as shipped—even though the same item was still listed on their page. They avoided direct questions about the shipment and falsely claimed USPS doesn’t deliver to my address, which is untrue. Item was supposedly shipped without tracking, so I have no way of knowing if it was ever sent. Very poor communication and misleading behavior. Not recommended.

  The seller sent me the wrong chapstick. I opened the container to apply and realized this was the wrong shade. Why would the seller want used chapstick return ed? I do believe I should get the correct shade or a full refund. Also, Chapstick container was ripped open.
