  Listing shows item ships from Washington State, USA. It doesn't it ships from Canada. Listing shows lights are dimmable and flashable. They are not. If they came with a controller they would be but these don't come with a controller. So that's misleading. Over all the product is almost what I wanted. I didn't want to have to connect two sections, but that's all I could find for 18 to 20 Feet. Lights do what I want them to do.
