  Overall a good entry level scan tool. Good deal for the price. Item arrived just as pictured and complete.I believe my particular unit had been slightly used before I received it. I did have a delay in shipping that had absolutely nothing to do with the seller who had excellent customer service and quick response time. I really hoped for more PID's as a professional automotive technician I need more information for in depth problems. I am still in the market for a more sophisticated scanner.
