  Item was exactly as described. Good communication from seller. Shipping took longer than anticipated - probably not seller's fault. I was VERY thankful the owner did such a great job packaging the item for shipping. We were out of town for Thanksgiving when it was delivered. There was a huge snowstorm and the item was shipped in water-proof packaging. We came home to it buried under 18 inches of snow on the front porch. It was in perfect condition.
