    Seller had immediate communication. Package shipped but was lost by USPS. It was the last item the seller had so they offered an alternative replacement or a refund. Alternative wouldn't work for my application so I requested refund. Surprisingly, I received the same item from a different place. Seller ordered a replacement and had it quickly shipped to me vs sending a refund. That was a great and creative solution by the seller. I highly appreciate it and now my furnace is fixed!!

    The packaging was not protective enough. I didn’t dig any not have damage but the packaging needed more support or stiff to prevent kinking. The product is just as advertised i am happy with it.

    I received my package last week on a Sunday by Amazon. Yet I continued to receive informed delivery by usps that my package was on its way. Today I received a message that it was delivered to my mailbox. I was going to return this extra one to you but it was not in my mailbox. When I called my local post office branch to explain they told me that tracking number does not match my address. I’m confused why would I receive tracking info to my mailbox if it wasn’t addressed to my address.
