  Lovely little wooden miniatures, good price, fast shipping. Unfortunately, they were packaged so poorly (an unpadded single layer plastic envelope, seriously?!) that they arrived broken. However, the seller quickly refunded my money when they got the pictures and assured me that their packaging will be changed to prevent this from happening again. So disappointing, but good resolution. I would definitely try this seller again!

  Received the item as described. Seller was easy to communicate. Item could have been packed more properly to have less damage on the box, but this is probably the courier company's fault. Its not an issue for me, but it could be if its meant to be as a gift. Overall, it was a good purchase.
