    Received the item very quickly and the condition of the item looked brand new. Came in a sturdy case with all the accessories and was able to get a manual online which helped me to understand how to set it up. There was an issue with the vci firmware but the seller was extremely prompt and helpful fixing this issue. They sent me a new vci which completely fixed the problem. Customer service and support from the seller was first class and I am finding it a powerful diagnostic tool. An A1 buy!
