  This is a terrific seller who delivered my product in perfect shape with the kindest note on it to the post office because I live in Manhattan New York and most of the delivery people just toss the packages on the floor of our unsecured lobby but not this one this said on the front of the box please deliver to the customer on the second floor and my apartment number it was so cool and so kind of him so I got my product in great shape.   I was very happy with this seller and would definitely use again. Shipped item almost immediately after ordering. Received item today from USPS and was packaged tightly in boxes with plastic covering. Unfortunately the only problem was 1/4 conditioner seeped out. This most likely occurred thru mail service and I am not blaming seller. Would still use this seller again in future. Doreen

  Seller sold partially used product as new. Did not disclose that neither bottle was full. Bottles do not contain 25 ounces as described. Also sells products by price gouging, charging 3x the regular store value. This, seller stole priority shipping supplies from USPS and then concealed this by wrapping the box in eBay plastic, and did NOT send package via priority mail. This is theft and a criminal offense. This deceitful, scammer will be reported & hopefully held liable & lose eBay privileges.

  Have bought the product before and love the scent. It arrived on time and was extremely well packaged so neither of the plastic bottles had any chance of leaking or breaking. There was an error in total number of 2 packs available, and within 15 minutes seller contacted me about a partial refund. 5 minutes later I received my partial refund. This is an outstanding seller!
