    it did arrive 5 days later than first expected but i was made aware of it via ebay notification. the description did describe that it was used but it failed to mention that there's a grinding and gritting buzzing sound that comes from it when turned on. i'm very sensitive to sounds so that was very dis- regulating and disappointing. if i knew there was a loud buzzing i wouldn't have purchased and returns aren't accepted so (30 +16 shipping+extra fees) 50 bucks wasted🥲

    It is really difficult to have to respond to such feedback. But here goes, the buyer has never contacted us. The item was actually shipped two days earlier on Jan 4 which is a Saturday eBay required shipping date was Monday Jan 6. The item was tested and fully functional as seen in the photo, a DVD used to test prior to packing and shipping was left in the player. The item was purchased for 29.99 + 16.95 shipping the only additional costs incurred was the sales tax collected by eBay for 3.17.
