    Seller was very fast to communicate, shipped the bridge even faster - awesome experience couldn’t be happier !!! Bridge was just as described/pictured - brand new in the box & was WAY MORE impressive in person than the pictures could show !!! Shipping costs were a little pricey but even with shipping the item was still way cheaper than other vendors wanted & theirs were used and this was brand new !!! So a total deal all around !!!

    Received in good shape thanks to very sturdy box. Packaging was adequate for these metal cars. The cars look more or less like the photos (spots and all!), but the green marker light on left side of observation car (3197) is missing (it's in the photos), not a big deal since I don't need that car anyway. Thanks for prompt shipping and the very reasonable shipping charge.

    Item was as described, and pieces were undamaged. Original box, however, was not in as good a shape as the on-line pictures suggested. The damage to the original box looks new, but shipping box was not crushed.
