  Manufacturer box was damaged since it was not protected in another box. No owners manual, although item was described as new. Shipping took 13 days. Not sure will purchase again from this seller.

  The tool is New "Open Box" meaning manufactured box is not available or it is in imperfect condition. Manual might be also missing from being open box. Also Shipping is "ground". I do not ship priority because it is "free shipping". If you wanted it fast you could have messaged me for priority options and we can work out pricing for it. Also it is winter so there are shipping delays because of the weather.
