  Shipping was extremely slow! The packaging was great! Was packed to not break! The water tank was not as described as it was! The water tank leaked and didn’t even fit my vacuum! The valve was good. I submitted to return the item because of these issues and it was declined. No not buy from this person.

  So disappointed the plate arrived broken. It should have been more carefully packaged than just a layer of bubble wrap and a piece of cardboard around it leaving the ends of the plate unprotected in a shipping bag. I do appreciate the seller’s quick response to the issue and giving me a full refund.
