    Horrible seller! Do not buy from them! In over 20 years on Ebay I have NEVER left negative feedback, until now! I ordered on February 21st, was told polish would arrive no later then March 5th, asked on March 4th if polish had even been shipped, they lied and said yes it had. Still hadn't received it as of yesterday, asked for a refund and which they gave after I said I was leaving negative feedback. Do lie. I would much rather they had told me the truth!

    Ma'am,, We did tell you the truth. We packaged and shipped this item out. Even paid for the label. It went out with a large batch of other items. We do not have control over if a package gets lost or misplaced somewhere along the way. Mistakes CAN happen. We understand you're upset, but we dont have full control over the whereabouts of every package. We have given a refund. Selling on eBay for many,many years. We have history of good selling. Sorry yours didnt meet the expectation.

    My item was lost in transit. Only after opening a case with ebay and the day before case escalation, the seller responded. They did mention that they were "traveling" so that is why there was a delayed response. All in all, the seller did provide the product per the product description. The seller shipped the item super quick! That is why I gave 5 stars. However, I do feel that communication and willingness to offer a resolution for the missing package was not up to par.
