  Seller sells air conditioner as new in open box but item was a damaged return item from Home Depot that he was selling. Came poorly packaged in an old damaged box with a Home Depot return sticker on it. Seller sent me another replacement one in the same condition. I had to package up both items which weighed 100 lbs and seller made me go to two different locations to return UPS and Fedex it was a major hassle and had to get help packing and shipping them. Wouldn't ever buy from this selle

  We're sorry for the buyer's experience. This item was sold as New in open box, and all parts and unit were inspected before shipping. Unfortunately, it appears the shipping carrier caused significant damage in transit, which was beyond our control. As soon as we were made aware of the issue, we promptly sent a replacement unit at no cost. we understand the return process was inconvenient, and we apologize for the trouble with the Shipping carriers -this was not our intention.

  Item arrived damaged on 12/9/24. I started a return but the seller told me not to return the item. They promised to send a replacement. I contacted them repeatedly over the past month asking for a replacement or a refund. At this point I would like a full refund.
