    This seller packaged this PCB in "paraffin wax paper" instead of a anti static bag. He claims that his material is unorthodox but more ecologically sound. Any QA department of any company would reject PCBs at receiving if they were found not properly packaged by the manufacturer. No one is expected to try them to see if they work. The seller lacks the most basic understanding for handling ESD sensitive electronic components. I tried to educate him, but he became belligerent. So I gave up.

    I can't express how disappointing this is. The buyer never even opened the package to install the part, rejected it outright because it did not come in an anti-static bag. We've been selling parts for 30 years, literally, and we sell thousands of parts every year to customers who depend on our professional approach. Of course we take great care to deliver parts professionally. We know what we are doing. Please take a look at the rest of our feedback, or just reach out if you have concerns.

    it has much more UV light wear than the picture. more yellowish than white. but, it was packaged quite well & works very well. i actually think the package could've been submerged in water & the paper tray wouldn't have been affected. it was well wrapped in plastic wrap. but, who knows.
