  I’ve been trying to contact the seller since December 20th about an issue with my order. I purchased three identical items priced at $99.99 each, but they sent one incorrect item worth about $25. I've received no response despite following up on January 9th and 12th. The wrong item is useless to me, resulting in a $99.99 loss.
