When it appeared that the device was not going to pair with my I-phone I pushed the panic button thinking I had the wrong model or a defective devise. I did NOT. The customer service was excellent—timely, patient, and willing to send another ear bud via Fed Ex 2 via day shipping. This is an excellent company.
