    This whole process could not have gone smoother. Our control board went out for our pellet stove. Could not find a replacement anywhere. Found SAO when looking and favor is a shot. They received my board on a Friday morning and it was done by end of day. They packed it up and was delivered the following Wednesday. Worked like it was brand new. The cost was far less then a replacement or other repair shops. I give them a solid 5 stars.

    These folks did a great job getting our Nuvo unit’s display replaced. We were faced with trashing the system or trying to get it fixed. Other said they can only fix some things but not a blank display. SAO Electronics came through! Overall, once they got the unit (I shipped it off) the turnaround was about 2 days! Super fast. Their email communications are fast too. No waiting days for responses; just hours if not less! Return shipping was prompt too. Overall - we are stoked!
