    The box came with a hole in it and all taped up. It was not a cheap item and had many small parts so I didn't want to open it in case pieces were missing. I reached out to the seller and she apologized and said she sent it through a 3rd party and would be happy to send me a free shipping label to return the item. I thanked her and never heard back. Over time, I reached out to her 2 more times and received no reply.
