Comme je désirais tout de même ce thermoventilateur, il me l'a envoyé aussitot après avoir reçu le paquet contenant l'objet endommagé. Donc non seulement très réactif mais parfaitement honnête. Ceci doit être souligné. Merci à ce vendeur et bravo à Ebay et au service de livraison.

Later on, the dealer apologized and explained the situtation, that it was an error in the system which i totaly understand, and i understand that. i got my refund back directly from the seller without any issues, so i can only recomand this Store. wish you all the best. cheers

La personne à qui il était destiné a préféré le garder malgré sa déception plutôt que de demander un échange et d'attendre encore. Received upon one week well packaged. The telephone came in black color instead of light blue. The person I bought it for was a little bit disappointed but prefered keeping it rather than sending it back for an exchange to the right color.
