I bought this as a last minute Christmas gift (totally my fault) and I messaged the seller and apologized for the short notice but asked if they could please ship ASAP in hopes it could arrive before Christmas.     I was very surprised and unexpected that the seller refunded my order. It was totally my fault that the breast milk chiller was shipped to the wrong address and I just figured that I was out of my money.
