  The two mugs were poorly packed and both arrived broken. I sent two messages to the seller and never heard back. I have now contacted e-bay directly and am waiting for a resolution. Since it is the responsibility of the seller to get me the items I ordered in the condition listed and promised and because that did not happen I expect a full refund.

  Item did not have all the parts. Returned product. Item was delivered back to seller 6 days ago. Seller has not responded to my refund emails . No refund as of today. I would not buy from this seller again. EBay will have to step in to refund me. Buyer beware.
