  Bought this same product last fall but I damaged it from ice frozen to the blade and inadvertently started the blade, tearing it. The first time the packaging was substantial and the product arrived undamaged. Not so for the second one. It was poorly packaged and arrived with the squeegee part of the blade disfigured and bent, but the seller gave me a credit almost immediately. Will still shop with these folks.
