Also reached out to seller beforehand to confirm something in listing (no returns so wanted to be safe) - seller replied super fast - probably in less than an hour. Also was very friendly. Ignore the bad reviews - 10/10 from me :)

    Seller gave me a refund on product immediately after my complaint. He was very responsive and considerate. Even though this purchase did not work out, I would buy from this seller again because they had great customer service and satisfaction. He did not want me unhappy with my purchase. I do not believe the seller knew the condition of the product based on their quick response and great desire to make things right with me. I am very satisfied with my experience with this seller.

    Received a used product. The listing states that it was brand new and unopened and it wasn’t. The package was retaped and when opening I saw what I thought was all the parts being sealed until I went to open the second pump. The motor was clearly used and had dry breast milk crust all over it. I tried seeing if it would even charge which it wouldn’t. The seller states they do not accept returns which I have submitted a claim. I do not recommend purchasing from this seller at all.

    We received notification and immediately allowed the buyer to return the product. This product was listed as an open box item and no where on the listing stated it was sealed.
