  Arrived early. Item as described - new & unopened. Purchased this for a great price as a second smart lock to accompany the one I already have. Also reached out to seller beforehand to confirm something in listing (no returns so wanted to be safe) - seller replied super fast - probably in less than an hour. Also was very friendly.   Item was described as brand new but was not factory sealed. Seller warned of being wary of cheap counterfeit copies under $50, but box included a sale sticker showing $40 price, which is half of what I paid for it on eBay.

  Item was new in the box. The product did not have a "factory seal". Our listing did warn of counterfeits. These speakers are $100 new. The sale sticker on the box was one that we placed on it b/c it was available for purchase in our retail store. We marked the item down to $40 months ago and it still did not sale. We removed it from our shelves and listed on ebay. Just b/c we had a sale sticker on it in our retail store does not mean it has to be sold for that same amount online.

  Although the item itself is not damaged and works properly, the item was not new as advertised: the box was damaged and definitely opened. It even has the "repackaged" sticker from Amazon. The price was lower than other ads with this new item, and it makes sense now, but the ad from this seller was deceiving. I will keep the item as it works well, but I would appreciate more precision in the description.

  Directly from the listing: "Outer box has some damage. Box was opened to verify everything was ok. All contents within are brand new and still in plastic." The item was opened by us to ensure the contents were all there and that the product was not damaged. This is clearly stated at the top pf the listing. The item was not re-packaged, it was in the original box.
