  Item as described, but with no outer package, which is not a big deal. Just for transparency, the seller might have mentioned that the sheets are delivered loose in a manila folder. It does not diminish the value of the product, but just seems more truthful. I am satisfied with what I got, have no extra cardboard to throw away and get to recycle a good, clean manila folder.
