  SCJ has been very easy to work with. Package was not showing up in tracking fields. I reached out and was hesitant but I explained the package should have been delivered a few days prior. At this point without hesitation they started to look into it. I will say the car was packaged very well and SCJ kept great communication and made sure things were in progress.
