  I’ll start with how quick and easy the transaction went! But also she was packed carefully and made it safe to me and as described she was previous loved and played and that’s why I bought her! At the price listed I would have had regret not getting her, got her cleaned up and looking brand new, couldn’t be happier with the seller!

  Initial delay in shipping and communication. When item arrived, system was packaged in original packaging, but box looked a little rough/faded. Pump was leaking when I started to use it. Seller promptly refunded my money without asking me to return, just asked me to show evidence it was not working as described. So while there were initial delays and the product didn’t work as a new product, it did arrive in the original packaging and didn’t appear to be used. Refund was prompt and fair.
