We are always happy to resolve even perceived problems. However, PLEASE NOTE: the customer has still used the product and seems happy to display it on his dive tank and use our product despite his comments and bad feedback. Every Item is individually printed on a 6 colour fine arts printer and inspected before shipping. There was no problem, we cannot be held responsible for the images on phones or computers.
