My boyfriend was very impressed by the product quality and very happy with his purchase.     Item as described. The original print arrived rolled in a long undamaged box. After rolling the print out I noticed it had creases and dimples in it as if something heavy was put on it while it was on a soft surface. I sent pics to the seller and they offered a refund or replacement. I chose the replacement. It arrived a couple weeks later and was in much better condition.
