    This vendor sent a device that doesn't work right and refuses to send me a return receipt so I can return it so I can then buy another device just like it that actually works.     1.) As I stated many times, the device is not one that can be charged. It has to stay plugged into the power cord and the wall. This is not a flaw, but the way that the device is meant to work. 2.) I cannot open a return for you. You have to do that on your end. I never said that you can't return it, but I do not have the ability to open a return for you. 3.) I am a woman. Good day to you sir.
