Negative- Although the listing discloses a longer than normal shipping time, it also has New Mexico, USA as the product location which suggests a quicker delivery than what was posted. The product came from UKRAINE. The small envelope of seeds (like the ones we are familiar with) came rolled up like a fat joint then mailed in an envelope. I hope this rolling tightly didnt break the seed...guess I'll see later
