    Seller answered my questions. Product listed as new but open box. Item arrived on time and well packaged. Small scratch on lower screen not visible when screen in use. Item also had a non-US keyboard which was not listed in the item description. I would have preferred a standard US keyboard but it is still usable for me. The laptop had a surprising amount of smudges on the screen and case but all taken care of with wiping cloth. All in all, minor issues and would buy again from this seller.

    As described, shipping was good, value was decent, packaging needs works no protection bit a small amount of packing peanuts the box was a used Amazon box with came damaged slit at the seams of the box for a 500 dollar item you would have expected alot better packaging.
