  Purchased Dept. 56 “The Toy Peddler” set of 3. Item was shown inside styrofoam box with no pictures shown as reference. (Pictures on box were face down.) Received item. All 3 pieces were Dept. 56 but only 2 were part of the “set” being sold. Item was well packaged. Good value had it been a complete set. Seller said to mail it back and he would give refund. Decided that I did not want that hassle. I will keep mismatched set.
